Payment & Security

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards, including Amex, Visa and Mastercard. Cash on Delivery isn't available, since deliveries are fulfilled by a third-party courier — instead we use Shopify's Shop Pay gateway, one of the more secure options globally for card payments.

Yes. No card details are stored after checkout — you're routed to PayPal's secure payment environment to complete the transaction.

Email info@smib.com.sg as soon as possible. Address changes are handled on a best-effort basis — once an order has already reached the original address, SMiB Singapore isn't able to take responsibility for it.

Shipping & Delivery

Singapore: 2–4 business days outside sales periods.

Malaysia: 2–14 business days outside sales periods.

International: 4–14 business days outside sales periods.

Delivery may take longer during high-volume sales periods.

Free shipping on orders above SGD 49. Orders below that are charged a flat SGD 3.99.

Singapore to Malaysia orders ship free above RM 299, otherwise a flat SGD 10 applies. Rates for destinations beyond Singapore and Malaysia are listed on the Shipping Information page.

Every order ships via registered mail with tracking, and the courier makes up to three delivery attempts. If all three fail, the parcel returns to SMiB and you'll need to arrange collection or cover a SGD 3.99 re-delivery charge. Refunds aren't offered for unattempted deliveries.

Returns & Exchanges

Email info@smib.com.sg with your order number — for damaged items, include a photo or short video of the product and shipping box so the team can assist quickly.

Unopened, unused products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase at SMiB's Tai Seng office. Email info@smib.com.sg to arrange a time.

Because of the hygienic nature of scalp and hair-care products, all sales are final — refunds aren't offered. Return shipping for exchanges or unattempted deliveries also isn't covered by SMiB, whether the order is local or overseas.

Rewards Program

Every 1,000 SMiB points gets you SGD 10 off, and 1,900 points gets you SGD 20 off with no minimum spend. Points are earned through purchases, referrals and birthday specials — tap the Rewards icon on the SMiB site to join and start earning.
